Middle Aged Vandals is a fitness club for MAVs - men over 50 who aren’t done yet. No sparring. No Lycra. Just high-energy pad work and boxing training built for strength, stamina and sanity. We’re here to fight back - against excuses, decline, and the myth that middle age means slowing down.
This is fitness with grit, community without judgement, and a space where you show up for yourself and stay for the lads.
